Our bee is brewed using hibiscus flower, which lends a beautiful pink colour as well as flavours of strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry. Hibiscus is better known in Australia as rosella flower, and it can be used in everything from herbal teas to desserts. In Mexico hibiscus is a popular flavouring for agua fresca, and can even be used as a filling for vegetarian tacos!
A bit of lime brings a tart, zesty finish to this beer, and a light body and low alcohol content makes this a great summer sipper.
